What is your returns policy?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To do so, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the item at your own expense using a tracked delivery service. We strongly recommend insuring the return — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in all original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund where the item shows signs of handling, use, or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect it, as permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, fingerprints on polished surfaces, missing packaging, or any damage caused during return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit outside of this 14-day period unless the item is faulty.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos showing the fault. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods are entitled to a full refund within 30 days. We will assess the evidence provided and respond within 48 hours. General dissatisfaction with the appearance or style of a product does not constitute a fault.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
No. We do not offer a money-back guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, or any guarantee beyond your statutory rights. All of our products are sold exactly as shown in our product listings. Please review all photos, videos, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How do I open the watch?
Press the crown (the button on top) to release the lid. No tools or setup required.
How does the music feature work?
Turn the small winder on the back of the watch clockwise a few times, then release. The music will play for a short duration before needing to be wound again. This is standard for all mechanical music box movements and is not a fault.
Is the product exactly as shown?
Yes. Every product is inspected before dispatch and matches the photos and videos in our listings. Variations in fine detail items and are not considered defects.
